Fermenting foods is a great way to preserve your summer harvest in the short term, without refrigeration and without cooking.  Learn how to make dilly beans while learning the basics of lacto-fermentation which can be used to preserve many other vegetables. 

A materials list will be provided to you when you register for the class. To ferment along with the instructor, please have your materials ready. Ann Mione will be happy to answer all of your questions about lacto-fermentation during the demo!
