Join Jill Patterson from the comfort of your home to de-stress in this class on gentle stretching and exercises.  Learn exercises that we can practice to keep fit and healthy while at home.  No experience necessary!  A chair, comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended.

Jill Patterson, RDN is an award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist, certified fitness instructor and certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience. She is passionate about helping people live their healthiest & happiest lives!
