Homemade Strawberry Jam and Grape Jelly

Preserve the fruits of summer by making your own jams and jellies. Learn how to process strawberries, cook the fruit with sugar and pectin, sterilize jars, and the step-by-step canning process for long-term storage. We will also prepare an easy grape jelly from Concord grape juice. You will leave with a jar of homemade strawberry jam to treat your family!

Ages 12 and up.

SPACE IS LIMITED. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
