Artist Elena Gibson will help you explore the fascinating technique of needle felting and create a realistic raccoon figure.  In this three hour workshop, you will learn how to transform naturally colored sheep wool with a special barbed needle into a firm (3-4") felted figure with detail features.  In addition, a wet felting technique will be used to further enhance the shape and firmness of the figure.  Using glass beads for eyes will give your creation that realistic finish.

Ages 12 & up.
