Welcome to the Adult Virtual Book Club, formerly Quarantine Book Club! This is a Virtual Book Club that will meet via Zoom. Our book club will meet the third Tuesday of each month and we will read and discuss a book chosen by the moderators, librarian Christine Edgar and Anna Downing.

When you register for this program, you will be sent a unique Zoom ID and password. A few minutes before the event, open the Zoom app and type in the meeting ID and password to join us.

During this meeting we will discuss "A Gentleman in Moscow" by Amor Towles
In 1922, Count Alexander Rostov is deemed an unrepentant aristocrat by a Bolshevik tribunal, and is sentenced to house arrest in the Metropol, a grand hotel across the street from the Kremlin. Rostov, an indomitable man of erudition and wit, has never worked a day in his life, and must now live in an attic room while some of the most tumultuous decades in Russian history are unfolding outside the hotel’s doors.
