Join us to end Musically May with a special program offered by the CT State Troubadour, Kala Farnam! She will be introducing us to Nada Yoga which helps patrons to explore the power of sound vibrations for inner harmony. Pamper yourself with a sound bath featuring Himalayan Bowls, bells, gongs, drumming, and other meditative instruments to help you experience the therapeutic effects of sound.
